Create the ultimate Autumnal style quickly and easily at home!

Are you fed up of having to get up extra early to style your hair before work? Fear not, the professionals at John Frieda® have given us the insider tips on how to create the ultimate effortless style this Autumn, ensuring your tresses are on trend in a few quick steps using John Frieda® products and your hair dryer.

Jake Davis, John Frieda stylist, says: “I use the John Frieda® Frizz-Ease® range to achieve the hottest transitional Autumn styles and to protect hair from frizz-inducing weather. Soft flowing waves are such an easy and cool look to wear during the Autumn months and they’re quick and easy to create at home."

To ensure your hair is the fastest part of your morning routine, protect and prep your hair the night before using the John Frieda® Frizz-Ease® Dream Curls shampoo and conditioner. Apply the John Frieda® Frizz-Ease® Original Serum to towel dried hair and then rough dry with your dryer.

“Once prepped, creating the look is easy,” says Jake. “Take the hair into two equal sections and twist each section into two separate buns, securing with hair grips. Allow to dry naturally during the course of the evening. In the morning, simply remove the grips to reveal beautiful, soft, tousled waves. Use your fingers to comb through, softly scrunching the ends for extra texture and movement.”

A final tip from Jake: “To further define the curl, simply take big sections and randomly curl with a hot iron. The important thing to remember is the bigger the section and the bigger the size of the curling iron, the looser the curl will be.”
